- Please do not forget that final balances are due 6 weeks prior to your stay.


•Check in is normally on the Saturday, and the caravan will be available from 14:00 in the Moonstone Van


Keys are either posted out via secure mail delivery to your Home address 10 days prior to your stay.  Please do not forget to bring them as it will cost 7.50 through Haven key Service. ( Or placed in a key safe with the code text to your Mobile on the day of arrival )  

To Return the Keys place them into the Key Safe once you have locked the van.


•Upon arrival you will need to go to the letting Reception not sales reception to purchased your Haven funwork’s passes if you required them.   Restrictions in place by Haven for 2022 on their website.


•Duvets & pillows & all Bed Linen are provided & included in the price with Beds made up ready for your arrival.  

Price also includes Gas (Up to 1 Full bottle per week) however a further charge might be incurred if going over the allocation. This is not normally an issue.  

 Electric for anything in the van is included . No Electric Cars are to be charged using any of the vans supply. A charge of £20 will be taken from the deposit unless prior agreement is in place 1st.

•Towels are not provided, please remember to pack!

WiFi with up to 50GB data per week is included in the price, if you require more data then please contact us for the current price with the provider. With a mobile dongle then the signal is not guaranteed there might not be any distruption but this is out of our control.

•The allocated parking spot for the caravan, is directly beside the front of the door .

•Check out is then by 09:00hrs on the day of departure this will typically be on the Saturday morning, please leave the van as it was when you arrived ready for our next guests. A charge of £30 will be made if the van is not left in a clean & tidy condition. This would be deducted from any deposit paid.

•We will leave a guest book for comments, please feel free to leave constructive feedback as this will help us in the future to provide a better service.


•If anything is damaged please replace or if an insurance claim is needed then please contact me immediately on 07779 634457 so this can be sorted prior to our next guest’s arrival. The sooner you let us know of a problem the sooner we can sort it. For any major damage that is caused and requires an insurance claim then you will be liable for the excess £100 which would be deducted from the Damage Deposit. Any emergencies (Gas,Electric,Water/Sanitory) will be dealt with straight away, should something break down which needs to be sourced & replaced we will aim to sort within 48hrs.

If we come across any items you may have left after your stay we can return then via signed for delivery and the cost will be deducted out of the Key/Damage deposit. If you confirm a booking and then cancel there is a £25 admin charge. If a booking is cancelled within the 6 weeks prior to the date booked then the deposit payment is non refundable.


*Please ensure you have your own personal insurance cover for any personal injuries or care that may occur or be required as aicaravans will not be held responsible for this.

Please do not remove any cushions or materesses out onto the grass.
